Today, let’s take a little time and focus on our fitness. There are 5 components of health related fitness.

  1. Cardiorespiratory Endurance
  2. Muscular Strength
  3. Muscular Endurance
  4. Flexibility
  5. Bodycomposition

Each is important to living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Today let’s focus on Cardiorespiratory Endurance. Our goal is to find time today to really get our hearts pumping hard!

  1. One of my favorite Cardiorespiratory Endurance activities is playing basketball with my friends! I also get a pretty good cardio workout playing pickleball.
